Scope: To do an analysis on one of their competitor and figure out how to win the deals that the client is competing for

Approach: Secondary research through subscribed data base, company report, industry reports, press search and other publications

Value Delivered:
Provided detailed analysis on the competitor and prepared a value chain to show how clients’ value is better than their competitor. Also, provided client with the list of 10 customers of their competitor and insight into what these customers are using its competitor for and how to win deals
